About this role

Becomes a Technician within a leading engineering solutions provider with great professional growth!

Supported by our team of engineering professionals, and coupled with your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, your responsibilities will include:

  • Electrical panel construction and assembly.
  • Troubleshooting motor control systems and industrial PLC control systems.
  • Provide support for the installation of new electrical equipment.
  • Ability to read and work from electrical schematic drawings.
  • Produce electrical drawings on CAD.

As an Electrical Technician, you’ll enjoy taking ownership for your work and contributing to the larger team. You will have:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
  • Ability to work unsupervised on industrial electrical panels.
  • Holds a current NSW Electrical Licence
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Basic to intermediate level PLC and HMI software skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial sensors and signalling.
  • Basic electronic skills – Soldering and PCB assembly
