💰 Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential

• $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C/LCPC/LMFT, independently licensed
• $45 per billable hour — LMSW/LGPC, with clinical supervision provided
• 🎯 Monthly bonus potential for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria
• 📈 Target caseload of 15–22 sessions per week

Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus in addition to their regular compensation. 🧩 What You'll Do

As a Backpack clinician, you'll:

• 🧠 Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy through secure telehealth
• 📋 Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• 📝 Develop strengths-based, client-centered treatment plans
• 💜 Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• 🤝 Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and care team members
• 🏡 Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
• 💻 Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our EHR
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Partner with families to create sustainable change beyond the therapy session

🔎 What We're Looking For

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Maryland license — LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred
• LGPC or LCPC candidates may also be considered
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health discipline
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong understanding of social work values, advocacy, equity, and client-centered care
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
• 🇺🇸🇪🇸 Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
