Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a NJ licensed Surveyor to join our team! At UTRS, we enjoy the benefits of working in a collaborative environment of close-knit team members. We are looking for someone that will support our mission to consistently deliver creative, high-quality, technology-based services to our customers on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will be a NJ licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with a background in boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS and construction surveying. This position is primarily in-office with occasional field coordination. The candidate will work and direct the Survey team in addition to supporting our in-house Engineering Departments. The successful candidate shall have excellent communication skills to work with Clients, prepare budgets and proposals and manage the survey projects.
The office is in Washington, New Jersey.

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
- Must have +4 years’ experience for the above stated duties.
- Proficiency with Total Station

- Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook)
