What you'll do
- Cuddle stressed-out critters
- Keep exam rooms clean and stocked
- Take vitals and assist during exams and procedures
- Assist Doctors with surgeries
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Collect and process laboratory samples such as blood, urine, and feces
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Educate pet parents
- Provide TLC to both four-legged and two-legged clients

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed in the state of MI and in good standing with the board for all LVTs
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is a must
- Physical ability to lift and handle animals of varying sizes
Nice to have
- Additional certification in Animal Care or related field
