- Coordinate all aspects of producer appointments, including initiating new appointments, updating producer codes, processing terminations, and facilitating transfers to ensure accurate records and compliance with state regulatory requirements.

- Create records for current producers in internal systems by using state websites for license validation and other required information.
- Address and resolve identified issues related to state renewal clean-up in accordance with established state criteria and departmental workflows. Escalate issues to the manager daily as they arise and provide timely responses to the regulatory team on the same day issues are resolved.

- Resolve errors and implement changes identified during producer code audits.
- Initiate and ensure contractual documentation, as assigned, in partnership with the Producer Services team.

- Provide backup coverage for other Licensing and Regulatory specialists during periods of high volume and/or absences.

North America Producer Services oversees the full lifecycle of producer licensing and appointments, including new agent onboarding, producer code maintenance, and state-specific appointment fees, to support regulatory compliance and strong collaboration with field teams.
The Licensing & Regulatory Associate will support the development and execution of key compliance activities related to producer management systems.
