Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- Resident and non-resident licenses in multiple states preferred
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Professional phone presence
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service
Preferred Experience
- Proven success in insurance, outside sales, or retail sales with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of life insurance products; experience with health, property & casualty, or commercial insurance is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Working knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
- Competitive uncapped commissions
- Outstanding earning potential based on performance
