  • Provide troubleshooting assistance by phone, email and remote access for Rockwell Automation products and technologies to Rockwell Automation field service personnel, distributors, integrators, and customers.
  • Identify and correct failures, firmware problems and programming deficiencies, and the implementation of hardware/firmware updates and upgrades.
  • Instruct/train customers on proper use, operation, and maintenance (of Rockwell Automation Products).
  • Respond to customer needs, ensuring a swift and quality response while keeping relevant parties informed, sets, and maintains communication with team and customer

  • Provide technical assistance for sales presentations to customers.
  • Consult regarding the application of products, technologies, manufacturing processes and industry-specific applications.

Job Description

Recruiting for January and June 2027 Start Dates

Rockwell Automation's Leadership Development Program is a onboarding program designed to provide associates with the training and experience needed to begin developing their technical and professional leadership skills within Rockwell Automation's Lifecycle Services Business Unit.

As an associate on the Managed Support Services team, you will...

  • Gain experience in technical and leadership competencies through classroom training, mentoring, career planning and networking. Additionally, you will have a high level of interaction with Rockwell Automation's leaders.
  • Work with industrial automation technology that is developed within Rockwell Automation's major business segments to support The Connected Enterprise. This may include software for automation, programmable automation controllers, intelligent motor control, machine safety, process control, industrial security, cloud computing, industrial Ethernet, motion control, industrial components, variable-frequency drives, and more.
  • Experience Rockwell Automation products across a variety of industries.

Rotational Program Overview

  • Technical & Professional Training: Engineer in Training Program (EIT) - 5 months
  • Potential Organizations for Rotations:
    • Remote Support Services
    • Application Support Management
    • Managed Services
    • Digital, Professional Services

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $82,000 - $84,000 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here.
