Are you looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Transline is hiring on behalf of our Packaging client and looking for 6 Line Leaders for our Brampton and Bolton facilities.

Shifts

• Days: 7am – 3pm – (Bolton)
• Afternoons: 3:45pm – 12:15am (Brampton)

Key Duties And Responsibilities

· Responsible for leading and training production line staff in all aspects of production line work

· Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job

· Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results

· Continuous inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending on the type of job

· Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line

· Responsible for job cards being filled out both correctly and accurately

· Insure accurate finished good paperwork is turned in a timely manner

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of related experience or training in a warehouse position

· Understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required

· Advanced planning abilities

· Interpret instructions both oral and written.

· Produce and meet expectations

· Ability to work with plant management for required results
