Line Producer

Eligibility:

•  Must be a Graduate / Post graduate, or equivalent experience in film, television, animation, or gaming preferred
• Proven track of project management & Service Delivery
• Active listening, Expertise in building effective working relationships and communicating with clients
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of motivating and leading a large team, with enthusiasm and clarity
• Excellent people management skills and documentation and reporting skills
• Good to have Experience of multi-site project execution and overseas experience
• Equipped with uncommon common sense
• Good Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills
• An Art, Cinema buff and if u love to read you are possibly at the right place

Desired Candidates Skill:

• Unflappable, with the personal fortitude to push back when necessary.
• Ability to understand communication styles of team members and contractors from a broad range of disciplines.
• Proven reliability in handling sensitive material and security concerns under very tight deadlines.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, vendors and other departments.
• Run relevant meetings to ensure clear communication, dissemination of information, acknowledge accomplishments and discuss challenges.
• Be proactive in Red Flagging of any potential problems or issues, particularly those impacting schedule, and come prepared with strategic solutions.
• Strategize creative solutions to production challenges to ensure schedules are met.
• Adept at researching project-related issues.
• Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Taking instruction: listen carefully, respond quickly to requests, stay calm under pressure and be helpful whenever you can
• Enthusiasm: have a passion for the medium and a love of the industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Experience with Maya and After Effects is a plus.
• Experience with Shotgun tracking software is a plus.
