  • Where there is no clerkship, candidates should have received and accepted a return offer following their summer associate position
  • Meaningful hands-on litigation experience beyond legal research and memo writing
  • Stand-up experience in court, arbitration, or adversarial proceedings, including oral argument, examining witnesses, or presenting at hearings
  • Deposition and trial experience preferred
  • Breadth of experience across different subject matters and types of cases

The Opportunity 

The firm is now seeking a Junior Litigation Associate to step into a high-responsibility role working directly with partners and senior associates on complex and demanding matters. This is not a volume-driven role.

What You'll Do:

It is suited for a lawyer who:

You will work across a broad range of high-level disputes, including:

  • Complex commercial litigation
  • Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
  • C-Suite / Partner level employment disputes
  • Business and shareholder disputes
  • Securities and fraud matters
  • Defamation, privacy, and reputational risk matters
  • Disputes involving intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and trade secrets

What We're Looking For: 

  • D. from an ABA-accredited law school; law school transcript required
