Working alongside a collaborative team of educators and school professionals, you'll serve as a trusted resource for students by providing counseling services, promoting emotional wellness, and strengthening partnerships between the school and families. Your guidance will help students overcome challenges, develop confidence, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. Role Highlights This assignment includes a 37.5-hour workweek with a paid lunch. Responsibilities include delivering individual and small-group counseling, assisting with student goal-setting and conflict resolution, supporting school-wide wellness initiatives, consulting with teachers and administrators, and connecting families with valuable resources to enhance student outcomes. Requirements Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
