What you'll do

Operate a Finish Blade, Blade, Roller, and/or Loader at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures
Assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed
Operate a Blade, Roller, Loader, and/or Finish Blade to complete tasks such as grading and move and/or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate
Have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
Perform other related duties as required

1-3 YEARS Operating Experience
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
This job requires the ability to perform essential job tasks in less than favorable job conditions. These may include, but are not limited to: Performing strenuous work in varying temperatures, humidity, sand, wind, or other extreme inclement weather conditions for extended periods of time.
