What you'll do
- Coordinate daily logistic activities and execute according to SOP
- Check to ensure all Finished Goods are arranged correctly for shipment
- Ensure proper system transaction and correct invoice to customers
- Update shipping details such as packing, shipping, and routing of product.
- Planning on shipment schedule
- To coordinate with Program Team & Warehouse Team for shipment arrangement
- To work with forwarders for shipment pick up schedule
- Ensure on time delivery according to shipment plan
- Support Logistics Operational Processes and Continuous Improvement Project
- Streamline shipping process and ensure continuous improvement to standard logistics process.
- Ensure that movement of goods are compliance to legal and statutory requirement (Customs & Compliance).
- Responsible for Safety and 5S in warehouse by ensure subordinates adhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplace
