  • Act as the primary point of contact between Abbott and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Coordinate inbound receiving, warehouse storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution activities.
  • Monitor day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure service levels and operational KPIs are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between physical and system stock locations.
  • Liaise with warehouse partners to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily stock reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor and review cycle count results and inventory adjustment activities.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged goods, inventory losses, and stock variances.
  • Coordinate transportation requirements for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Work closely with freight carriers and transport providers to ensure efficient movement of goods.
  • Monitor freight performance, delivery timelines, and service outcomes.

The Opportunity

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics operations through third-party warehouse and transport providers to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing logistics performance, investigating operational issues, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
