What You Will Do
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, material flow, bonded warehouse activities, inventory control, and shipping.
Receive, inspect, process, and record engines, engine spares, customer parts, consumables, and other materials in SAP, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and within required turnaround times.
Manage warehouse inventory by performing binning, storage, picking, issuing, stock adjustments, cycle counts, annual stock take, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper segregation, identification, preservation, traceability, and FIFO control of serviceable, quarantine, customer-owned, and unserviceable materials.
Coordinate packing, shipping, import/export screening, and transportation of engines, engine spares, and customer parts, including preparation of shipping documentation and cargo information.
Investigate and follow up on all damage or discrepancies, submit defect report, and ensure accurate movement of quarantine inventory.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation, operational reports, dashboards, and SAP records to support traceability and performance monitoring.
Support after-hours AOG requirements, audits, compliance activities, and perform any other duties assigned by the Logistics Cell Lead.
Mature and independent team player with good interpersonal skills
Physical work including material handling and lifting within safety guidelines is expected.
Qualifications You Must Have
Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing or logistics
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in relevant field.
Qualifications We Prefer
Certified forklift license is preferred.
SAP knowledge is preferred.
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access, Visio, Power BI (will be at advantage)
