- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are appropriately maintained.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers and monitor their performance and contractual compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee requests relating to offices and facilities.

Job Purpose
The Logistics Coordinator will provide administrative, logistics, and facilities coordination support for a major oil & gas project. The role supports on-site project activities, ensuring effective mobilization, office/facilities management, and coordination between project teams, contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
