Logistics Coordinator EU

Bdairy is a fast-growing dairy trading company operating internationally. We combine commercial sharpness with strong execution to serve our partners across Europe, and logistics plays a direct role in this. As a Logistics Coordinator, you make sure transports move on time, at the right cost, to customers throughout the EU.

Your role

You plan and coordinate road transport across Europe, from booking through to delivery. You work closely with hauliers, forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to keep things moving. You'll grow into owning your own carrier network, building supplier relationships, and spotting opportunities to improve how we work. You will focus on:

• Plan and book European road transports (FTL/LTL, ambient and temperature-controlled) to customers across the EU

• Coordinate collection slots at suppliers and delivery windows at customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hauliers, forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers

• Handle transport documentation (CMR, delivery notes, certificates)

• Track transports en route and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders

• Request and compare transport quotes, and provide input for rate negotiations

• Signal recurring issues and contribute to structural improvements

Do you have the right ingredients?

We are a fast-paced company, and we're looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and a hands-on attitude. You don't need to have all the answers yet, but you do need to take initiative, communicate clearly, and be eager to develop. You:

• Have a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Bring 2+ years of experience in European road transport or logistics operations

• Have experience working with ERP systems

• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
