We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator I supporting the IPS Hub Team at ICON, you will play a key role in coordinating investigational product (IP) and clinical supply activities across the study lifecycle. The role focuses on supporting temperature excursion management, investigational product destruction activities, inventory tracking, import/export documentation, and maintaining accurate clinical supply records to ensure compliance and uninterrupted study execution.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the tracking and management of temperature excursions by reviewing documentation for accuracy and ensuring timely escalation and submission of required information.
  • Coordinate investigational product (IP) destruction activities and maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with study and regulatory requirements.
  • Support import license requests and other country-specific regulatory documentation in collaboration with local IPM and Logistics teams.
  • Assist with investigational product inventory management and reconciliation activities under the oversight of the IPM.
  • Monitor IP Tracking Tables (IPTTs) and Clinical Supply Management Systems (CSMS) to ensure timely updates related to shipments, receipts, returns, reconciliation, and destruction activities.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation following applicable SOPs, GxP requirements, and study procedures.
  • Support issue tracking and resolution related to clinical supply distribution, inventory discrepancies, and other supply chain activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, depots, clinical sites, and external vendors to ensure efficient clinical supply operations and timely delivery of study materials.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related pharmaceutical industry role.
  • Familiarity with investigational product management, clinical trial supplies, inventory tracking, import/export processes, or regulatory documentation preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Experience working within clinical trial management, supply management, or inventory tracking systems is a plus
