Position Summary

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day logistics operation, ensuring the efficient movement of materials, finished goods, and shipments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, accuracy, and delivery performance. The successful candidate will supervise a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, coordinate daily workloads, and work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily activities of the logistics and warehouse team.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.

  • Previous experience supervising a warehouse or logistics team within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow. 
  • Experience coordinating inbound and outbound logistics. 
  • Good knowledge of health and safety legislation within a warehouse environment.
