About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join our growing organization and lead critical logistics, procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations. This position will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that improve operational efficiency, control costs, strengthen supplier and logistics partnerships, and ensure the timely and reliable movement of goods throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, manage operational risks, and support the organization's continued growth. This is a highly collaborative leadership position suited to an individual who combines strong analytical capabilities with practical logistics experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary between $140,000–$200,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus, and is a full-time, immediate start position within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
