  • Work onsite at our datacenters in Sydney.
  • Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity.
  • Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans.
  • Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems.
  • Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
  • Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies.
  • Comply with security and data management policies.

Eligibility

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • You need to be an Australian National or residency with eligibility to work in Australia. 

 

Background Check Requirements: 

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
