- Lead Azure cloud operations and governance.
- Manage Azure Landing Zone standards and best practices.
- Oversee Azure virtual machines, networking, backup, monitoring, security, and governance.
- Support infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
- Review Azure cost, capacity, performance, and security posture.
- Manage Azure Site Recovery and Disaster Recovery environments.
- ASR, Azure Backup and Replications,
- Manage VMware vSphere and associated infrastructure platforms.
- Oversee ESXi hosts, clusters, storage integration, and virtual machine lifecycle management.
- Support datacenter modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Cisco LAN and WAN technologies
- Routing and switching
- SD-WAN technologies
- Wireless infrastructure
- Network security and connectivity
- Data centre networking
- Internet and MPLS connectivity
- DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management

- Software deployment and lifecycle management
- Act as the overall infrastructure lead for all technology towers.
- Own BAU operations and service delivery across the infrastructure estate.
- Lead and coordinate resolution of Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incidents.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and operational performance commitments.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management activities.
- Participate in service reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder forums.
- Manage escalations and provide executive-level communication during critical incidents.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the customer.
- Lead customer technical discussions and governance meetings.
- Build relationships with customer leadership teams and technology stakeholders.
- Coordinate offshore and onsite technical teams.
- Present technical recommendations and service improvement initiatives
