Role description

Strategic Equity Solutions & Financing originator, working across global markets and investment banking to identify corporate equity derivative and fund financing transactions (margin loans, stake building, hedging, monetisation’s, M&A solutions, NAV Financing, Special Situations).

 

Responsibilities

• Origination and structuring of solution and financing transactions
• Managing transactions execution through documentation, committee approval and client management to term
• Collaborating with Relationship holders in IBD, Sponsors Coverage, CFS and Global Markets to identify opportunity
• Adhering to Nomura’s policies and procedures

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

• A proven track record in of executing equity solution transactions
• Experience in engaging all relevant business lines
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and internal functions
• Highly energetic with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-starter with the ambition to build a business and own a product area or regional focus
