About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Salesforce developer with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and FSC-specific features, along with experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Development: Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
  • FSC Expertise: Implement FSC features such as Client 360, Action Plans, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, and Interaction Summaries.
  • Integration: Develop and manage integrations with banking, wealth management, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Data Management: Handle complex data models, Person Accounts, and data migration strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Your Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.

Secondary Skills:

  • Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of financial services domain processes (banking, wealth management, insurance)
