  • Establish, maintain and nurture strong, trusted relationships with Licensee groups and Asset consultants and, in collaboration with other GDG Group sales teams, key stakeholders within large licensee groups, to support Lonsec’s growth.
  • Partner with Marketing to analyse industry trends and client needs, helping inform sales tactics and guide product development initiatives.
  • Manage CRM tools for accurate forecasting, maintain a healthy pipeline, and report against KPIs to drive continual improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to foster a positive, client-focused culture while supporting broader business goals and cross-functional initiatives.

About The Role:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the business.
