WE'RE HIRING PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST Location: Kolkata On-site Employment: Full-time Salary: No bar for the right candidateAbout the RoleSolve Axis is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition across our growing portfolio of brands, including SolveLegalX, SolveGlobalX, OK Acquired, and Solve Desk.The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads, data-driven, and capable of turning advertising spend into measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, optimize & scale Google and Meta campaigns Manage lead generation, remarketing & customer acquisition campaigns Track and analyze CPL, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate & ROAS Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance Conduct market, competitor, audience & search-intent research Test creatives, audiences, offers, messaging & landing pages Work with Design, Content & Tech teams on creatives, tracking and conversion optimization Prepare performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting and campaign executionWhat We're Looking For 2-3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience Experience personally managing 3-4 lakh+ monthly ad spend Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Good understanding of ad creatives, funnels and conversion journeys Practical experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows Ability to manage campaigns across multiple brands Strong communication, ownership and execution skillsWhy Join Us?Work directly with the Founders & CMO and gain hands-on exposure to multiple brands, customer segments, funnels and growth strategies.
