Our Loss Prevention Agents actively contribute to the smooth operation of the stores. They act as a resource person for all staff members. Our Agents hold a stimulating and active role that directly contributes to the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of people and premises.
• Act as the first responder in emergency situations.
• Detect shoplifting.
• Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures.
• Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members.

Desired Profile:

• Being an empathetic, caring, and disciplined person.
• Demonstrating great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Having relevant professional experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Please note that a provincial security permit is required
• Candidates must be able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which they are applying.
