  • Lead and develop a team of two analysts, providing direction, coaching, workload prioritization, and performance management.

Position Summary

The Loyalty Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and operational performance of loyalty, rebate, incentive, and manufacturer-funded programs. The manager partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Merchandising, IT, Data Management, Operations, and external manufacturers to maximize program profitability, maintain strong internal controls, and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
