What you'll do
- Formulating commercial and regulatory policies for new rail projects in LTA, which includes the appointment of the operator for: (i) domestic rail lines, such as the Cross Island Line (CRL); and (ii) the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC)
- Formulating policies for the Johor-Bahru Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link and is responsible for driving bilateral engagement with Malaysia on the commercial front for the RTS Link project.
- Work closely with stakeholders in LTA, the Ministry of Transport and other agencies within the Singapore Government on the development and implementation of these projects.
- Lead individual work pieces or teams in coming up with these polices for domestic rail projects and cross-border work.

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced individual with strong analytical and communication skills to join the Commercial Arrangements (Cross Border & Local Arrangements) team in Policy Division. The team plays a key role in formulating our land transport strategies and policies and spearheading new strategic initiatives. The team’s responsibilities include:

As part of the portfolio, you will be required to work closely with stakeholders in LTA, the Ministry of Transport and other agencies within the Singapore Government on the development and implementation of these projects.
