What you'll do
- Support the administration and operations of schemes relating to foreign vehicles entering Singapore
- Process and assess applications, review supporting documents, and prepare recommendations to facilitate timely and accurate decision-making
- Engage and liaise with applicants, stakeholders, and service partners to address operational matters and ensure effective service delivery
- Support governance, compliance, and audit-related activities
- Prepare operational statistics, management reports, and performance dashboards to support business planning and monitoring
- Review business processes and contribute to user testing of systems and digital services to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Maintain knowledge resources, website content, and communication materials
- Assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives undertaken by the division

SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (SCHEMES)[What you will be working on]
You will support the administration and operations of schemes relating to foreign vehicles entering Singapore. Your responsibilities will include processing and assessing applications, reviewing supporting documents, and preparing recommendations to facilitate timely and accurate decision-making.
You will engage and liaise with applicants, stakeholders, and service partners to address operational matters and ensure effective service delivery. The role also involves supporting governance, compliance, and audit-related activities, as well as preparing operational statistics, management reports, and performance dashboards to support business planning and monitoring.
