Job Overview:

Job Summary**

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a motivated and physically capable Laborer to support our Renewables projects. This role involves general labor tasks crucial to the successful construction and maintenance of renewable energy infrastructure. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and loading materials.
* Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., electricians, equipment operators) with their duties, providing support as needed.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, such as drills, grinders, saws, and shovels.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job site cleanup and waste removal.
* Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers.
* Perform flagging duties to control traffic and ensure site safety.
* Assist with the assembly and disassembly of equipment and structures.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads diligently.
* Transport materials and personnel to various locations on and off-site, as required, utilizing company vehicles.

Job Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and eligibility to drive company vehicles.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and for extended periods.
* Physical stamina and endurance to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
* Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
* Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field is preferred but not required.
* Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
