Vos missions
- Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles sur le terrain afin de garantir l'application des exigences HSE dans un environnement nucléaire.
- Réaliser des analyses de risques, des inspections terrain et des audits HSE pour identifier les axes d'amélioration et prévenir les écarts.
- Animer des sensibilisations sécurité et accompagner les intervenants dans l'adoption des bonnes pratiques HSE.
- Participer aux enquêtes en cas d'incident ou de situation à risque et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs HSE et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des performances sécurité, santé et environnement.
Ce poste est susceptible d’être en lien avec des activités importantes pour la sureté nucléaire.
Votre profil
- Diplôme Bac+5 en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, prévention des risques ou équivalent.
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en tant qu'Ingénieure / Ingénieur HSE terrain dans le secteur nucléaire ou dans un environnement industriel fortement réglementé.
- Bonne maîtrise de l'analyse des risques, des réglementations HSE et des démarches de prévention.
- Anglais professionnel permettant de comprendre une documentation technique et d'échanger dans un contexte international.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre sens du terrain, votre capacité à collaborer et votre aisance relationnelle.
