M&A Integration & Carve Out Advisor | Manager | Deals, Strategy & Operations – Technology

As a Manager in Deals, Strategy & Operations, you’ll play a key role in leading technology advisory engagements in deal environments, supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs, and integrations. You’ll help clients solve complex technology, financial, and operational challenges, while shaping strategies that drive value through transactions and transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead technology advisory engagements across M&A, divestments, carve-outs, and integrations.
• Design and deliver IT separation, integration, and transformation plans.
• Manage technology transition activities including data migration, system integration, and TSA support.
• Develop Day 1 to Day 100 technology strategies focused on risk, priorities, and value creation.
• Drive IT carve-out and divestment initiatives with minimal business disruption.
• Identify cost savings and deliver technology-enabled transformation.
• Support business development, client relationships, and team growth.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to analyse IT cost data and communicate insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing technology projects in M&A, carve-outs, divestments, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of applications, infrastructure, networking, security, and IT operating models.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in fast-paced deal environments.
• Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology modernisation.
• Experience in roles such as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Technology Leader, Technology Consultant, or IT Risk / Audit Specialist.
