- Provide accurate condition assessments, timely technical advice, and close coordination with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational reliability.
- Support M&E related projects through assisting in technical evaluation, planning, coordination, and on-site oversight, ensuring successful execution with minimal disruption.

- Follow up with the monthly report submission for hard services related work.
- Follow up with quotation on the repair work for any M&E related defects.

Our exclusive client based in Paya Lebar is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer to assist the Building Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all M&E systems within the building.
You will support M&E related projects from planning and technical evaluation to execution, while managing contractor performance, quotations, reporting, and ensuring timely resolution of defects and operational issues.
