The Senior Technical Assistant provides comprehensive executive, administrative, and operational support to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales LATAM, ensuring the effective execution of business priorities, strategic initiatives, and organizational objectives.
A Typical Day at Nissan:
• This role serves as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, coordinating key business activities, managing high-level communications, and driving the implementation of administrative processes and standards that maximize organizational efficiency.
• This executive acts as a central point of coordination across the Marketing & Sales organization, facilitating collaboration among teams, monitoring project execution, and ensuring timely follow-up of critical initiatives.
• Monitor the progress of assignments and action plans, ensuring timely completion.
• Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, presentations, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure seamless execution of logistics and event planning activities.
• Coordinate executive visits, leadership events, conferences, dealer meetings, and strategic workshops.
• Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business summaries for senior leadership meetings.
• Consolidate information from multiple business functions and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, and governance standards.
Professional Profile We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Economics, or a related field. | Postgraduate studies, MBA, or specialized certifications will be considered is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Strategic Planning, Commercial Operations, or similar roles.
• Business acumen in Marketing and Sales.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency level of English | Portuguese is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI tools to enhance efficiency and support business activities.
