You get it done

Within our Healthcare Export department, you are responsible for coordinating airfreight shipments for international customers. You will be assigned to one of our major healthcare accounts and ensure that shipments are handled safely, accurately and according to customer expectations worldwide: you’re on it.

 

How you do this? You are the link between customers, airlines, DSV hubs and internal departments. You oversee the entire process from booking to delivery and make sure customers are always informed about the status of their shipments. You achieve this by:

 

• booking and coordinating daily airfreight shipments for international healthcare customers;
• maintaining contact with customers, airlines, airports and DSV locations worldwide;
• handling and following up on customs-related activities;
• providing rates within established guidelines and preparing spot rates when required;
• monitoring shipments and proactively resolving delays or operational deviations.

You bring

 

• a good command of both Dutch and English;
• experience within airfreight or logistics is considered an advantage;
• a stress-resistant and solution-oriented mindset;
• the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment;
• affinity with systems and administrative processes.
