- Model Development: Build, develop, train, and optimize advanced algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning to address business challenges and improve customer outcomes.
- Generative AI Solutions: Build and enhance LLM-based applications, RAG systems, and AI-powered personalization solutions.

- Experience across the full data science lifecycle, including feature engineering, statistical modeling, experimentation, model evaluation, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, data processing, model development, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and LlamaIndex is highly preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-based environments and data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with familiarity in MLOps concepts and best practices considered a plus.
- Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level reporting using Power BI or similar visualization tools.

The Impact You’ll Have:
We are looking for a Machine Learning Developer who possesses deep knowledge in model development, advanced analytics, and Generative AI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing ML models that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
