As a Machine Operator III, you'll play a critical role in that mission by safely breaking down, sanitizing, setting up and operating production equipment and delivering the quality products our customers depend on. Our Hartland team is seeking gritty problem solvers who take ownership of their work, support their teammates, continuously look for better ways to operate, and demonstrate the flexibility and determination needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Machine Operation and Maintenance:
  • Operate and monitor machinery to detect and report malfunctions

  • Assist in organizing staff and workload; direct team workflow to meet quality standards.

  • Quality Control:
  • Prepare and inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Optimize throughput while maintaining GMP standards
  • Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Follow safety protocols and help identify and correct hazards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Complete all paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
  • Operate automated boxing lines and handle materials
  • Serve as backup for other positions and assist with additional projects as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • High school graduate or GED

Certification / Licensure:

  • None

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of work experience within a high volume manufacturing environment in lieu
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience providing direction to a production line in a manufacturing environment

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$21.25 - $30.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
