What you'll do
- Operate and monitor jumbo slitting equipment safely and efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and changeovers as required.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of jumbo roll and slit roll consumption.
- Monitor product quality and take corrective action when defects or process deviations are identified.
- Follow all BPS, 5S, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate production issues, material shortages, quality concerns, and equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
- Support team objectives while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Adhere to "5S" standards.
Adhere to the 14 Quality Basics
