We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Shop Technician to join a leading manufacturing environment. Our client offers a dynamic and innovative environment that values quality and continuous improvement.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Manufacturing and machining prototype and low-volume production parts
• Supporting design and development processes from concept to completion
• Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
• Ensuring components meet tight tolerances through precise work
• Inspecting parts using various measuring equipment
• Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Supporting compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001)
• Upholding health, safety, and environmental policies

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in a precision workshop environment
• Proven skills in CNC programming and operation
• Strong interpretation of engineering drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
