If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

What you will do

You will serve as the senior HR leader for the plant and a trusted partner to Plant leadership, translating business priorities into a people strategy that supports safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

We are looking for a seasoned, multi-functional people leader who has earned credibility on the manufacturing floor. You are equally comfortable thinking strategically with senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves to address issues on the manufacturing floor. You can navigate complexity with a calm, structured approach, build strong relationships with union partners, and balance the needs of employees, leaders, and the business.

You have experience leading multiple people-focused functions and building high-performing teams.
