What you'll do
- Support the satisfactory completion and certification of maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a strong focus on aviation safety and collaborative working in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
- Communicate directly with customers and operators to understand, process, and coordinate maintenance and inspection requirements.
- Review maintenance bookings and allocate suitably authorized Certifying Staff to planned maintenance and inspection activities.
- Generate, review, approve, and distribute work packages and Job Cards based on customer requirements and approved maintenance data.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Certifying Staff and Borescope Inspectors.
- Liaise with customer representatives, onsite teams, and operational stakeholders to arrange access requirements, equipment preparation, and facility support.
- Monitor inspection and maintenance activities and maintain clear communication with customers throughout service delivery.
- Review completed maintenance records and returning work packages to ensure documentation is accurate and complete before archiving.
- Archive project documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor recurrent training, assessments, document tracking records, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain monthly compliance and calibration tracking records within company systems, including SharePoint.

Maintenance Coordinator
Join CAE as a Maintenance Coordinator within our Borescope Inspection Services team in Dublin, Ireland. Reporting to the 145 Department Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and administration of FAA/EASA-approved borescope inspection activities performed globally. The role involves coordinating inspectors, managing maintenance documentation, liaising with customers and operational stakeholders, and supporting compliance, payroll, and invoicing activities.
Key Responsibilities
