What you'll do
- Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems
- Install, replace and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits and other electrical components
- Maintain cleanliness of maintenance shop
- Keep inventory of parts necessary to perform
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety System are met.
- Other duties as required.

- Knowledge and some previous experience with respect to Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, PLC and CNC based control and logic systems.

Nice to have
- Welding and basic machining skills are a definite asset.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, however not required.

Join Our Team as an Electrical Co-op at Johnson Electric!
Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)
Pay Range: $22-$24 per hour
Vacancy Type: Co-op Position
Schedule: Full-time, Day/Afternoon/Night Shifts
Relocation: Not Applicable
Travel: Minimal
As our next Electrical Co-op, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment while following safety rules and regulations. Work must be done in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all Stackpole International’s Health & Safety policies, procedures and quality systems. Working knowledge with SPS, 5S and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities are required.
