Job Title: Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kettering
Salary: £40,000 - £41,000 pa
Hours: Monday - Friday (07:00 am - 03:00 pm or 07:30 am - 03:30 pm)
Package & Benefits
- Base Salary: Upto £41,000 pa
- Working Hours: Early shift pattern (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri)
- Overtime: Available for optional extra earnings
- On-Call Rota: Fully optional (opt-in / opt-out friendly for work-life balance)
- Call-Out Allowance: £150 per week standby when on rota, 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 week rotation covering the wider Midlands region.
