Maintenance Engineer

Permanent job available for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a large facility based in Liverpool, Merseyside. Salary up to £35k pa + benefits. Working 37.5hrs pw. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Engineer job will involve Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance to building plant and equipment. Electrical maintenance and installations. Carry out temporary power installations and provide technical and building services. Servicing and fault finding to HVAC systems, maintenance to pumps and refrigeration plant. Catering equipment service and repairs. The Maintenance Engineer job will involve monitoring the work carried out by service contractors. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer Job will have experience working with a wide range of building plant and equipment including building management systems, standby generation plant, fire alarm and life safety systems, MEWPS, Forklifts and CCTV and access control. Preferably the Maintenance Engineer will have a strong background in electrical building services and have temporary electrical installations (BS7909).
