Maintenance Engineer

Our client, an established building maintenance company, is looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a commercial building based near Vauxhall, London. Salary up to £32k, M-F 7am-3pm. Job Duties The Maintenance Engineer job will involve Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to site day to day reactive. Ensure planned preventative maintenance by subcontractors are completed. Complete water system temperature monitoring. Carry out first point fault investigation regarding all HVAC plant. Complete daily site checks on mobile software. The Maintenance Engineer will carry out general maintenance as required. Job Requirements Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Engineer job will have experience carrying out basic plumbing works, someone who is part qualified in a plumbing trade would be suitable. Previous experience working in a commercial environment. The Maintenance Engineer will be flexible with working hours and available to cover call outs as required.
