Maintenance Engineer vacancy available at a luxury boutique hotel near Covent Garden, London. Temp to perm vacancy, immediate start. 37.5hrs pw, M-F 8.30am-4.30pm & one Saturday in every 3 Pay up to £16.00p/h. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Engineer vacancy will involve The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for PPM, reactive maintenance and repairs. The Maintenance Engineer will carry out day to day maintenance and decoration to all areas of the hotel. The Maintenance Engineer will carry out multi-skilled maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrics, general repairs and decoration. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for PPMs monitoring and inspections. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer vacancy will have previous experience working in a similar Maintenance vacancy.. Preferably the Maintenance Engineer will have experience working in a hotel or similar environment. The Maintenance Engineer will be competent in carrying out basic maintenance of plumbing, general repairs, carpentry and decorating.
