Maintenance Engineer

Our client is looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a prestigious property based in Green Park, London. The Maintenance Engineer job is offering up to £25k + benefits. Working shifts 8am-4.30pm - 5 days out of 7. JOB DETAILS The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance. Weekly gas, electricity and water meter readings and fire alarm tests. To clean equipment and tools after use and keep the workshop clean. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out to health and safety regulations. Maintain maintenance records. Carry out other duties as and when required. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. Have excellent grooming standards and good communication skills. Attend training courses as required. Have knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical maintenance.
