  • Ensure that Group and local health, safety and environment guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.
  • Safe working during maintenance, applying LOTO, before starting work, ensuring Arc flash suit for working, develop safe working culture for maintenance.
  • Repair & Maintenance Engineering focuses on planning, designing and implementing maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment

The Opportunity

Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including: Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout. Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions. Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems. Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.   • Train people for best use of machinery. Find suitable suppliers, explore new suppliers, explore new solutions which could be first time of equipment used in our factory and implement Management of change policy.
  • Develop suitable suppliers for parts of imported items to match one to one replacement for spares / equipment.
  • Propose and manage the annual maintenance budget. Monitor the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.
  • Avoid replacement and maintain assets as it was.  Metrics Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency and on time delivery.
  • Provide better working environment for employee / workmen / management staff comfort and productivity.
  • Communicates and cooperates with maintenance technicians, quality technicians and management to resolve problems of equipment or processes.
  • Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all equipment’s.
  • Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
