The Opportunity:
We’re working with a well-established business in Gloucestershire that is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to its growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll be involved in fault finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance across a range of equipment. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help keep the site running efficiently.

The Role:
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs across the site.
- Complete routine maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
- Support the upkeep of cold storage and refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and help prevent repeat issues.
- Play a key role in reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience within a multi skilled engineering position.
- Strong fault finding skills across mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards.
- Apprentice trained or some formal engineering qualification is beneficial.
The Shift Pattern:
- You will be working 4 on, 4 off on permanent nights.
